Club Alacarte was established early in 2017 and is looking to establish partnerships with thousands of restaurants and lifestyle outlets across Indonesia. Currently we have secured partnerships with 100 restaurants in Jakarta offering IDR millions in savings.
Club Alacarte is a smartphone-based membership program. To use Club Alacarte, you will need to download and enroll in Club Alacarte’s membership program from our website or directly through our App.
To redeem privileges that Club Alacarte has to offer, you will need to use Club Alacarte’s mobile App by tapping the offer and continue with the redemption process before you ask for the bill at the outlet.
The Club Alacarte app is simple to use with many privileges available only for Club Alacarte members.
Yes! In order to redeem Club Alacarte’s exclusive offers, you are required to present your smartphone with the App to our restaurant partners during your dine-in visit.
Club Alacarte product is currently only available in Jabodetabek area. However, we are looking to engage more partners from other cities in the near future.
There will be three (3) offers available for every one (1) participating restaurant. Offers can either be identical or different, depending on restaurant's selection.

No, unfortunately not. All purchases can only be conducted directly on the website or through the Club Alacarte App
Club Alacarte products are valid for one year, running from January 2nd until December 31st each year. Therefore the sooner you buy Club Alacarte product, the longer you can enjoy Alacarte membership benefits!
Please note that offers can be redeemed at any time (including Saturday and Sundays) but except national public holidays and night before national public holidays after 6:00 pm.
Yes, in light of the shorter usage period, there may be a slight reduction in price if you purchase Club Alacarte product later in the year.
Our offers have very few restrictions on the times or days when they can be used.
The offers are valid anytime throughout the year (including Saturdays and Sundays), except NATIONAL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS and NIGHT BEFORE NATIONAL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS after 6:00 pm. Please pay attention to these exclusion days.

Yes you will need an internet connection to use and redeem Alacarte mobile offers. This is so your account can be updated and your redemptions removed from the available offers in real time.
The restaurant will also receive an e-mail once redemption is made, this enables them to honor the offer as it verifies the redemption.

There are multiple ways to purchase Club Alacarte membership. You can purchase through credit card, transfer payment through ATM machines, or internet bank transfer.
When you request your bill, you must notify the person attending to you that you are a Club Alacarte member and would like to redeem an offer using your smartphone. Then, with the restaurant teller/staff watching, you need to tap the 'Available' offer shown on your smartphone (be sure that the outlet is correct because some merchants have offers that can be redeemed at more than one outlet).
The App will prompt you to enter your 4-digit PIN. When you have done this successfully the App will ask for the restaurant's PIN. Simply ask the restaurant teller/staff to enter their restaurant PIN on your smartphone, and when they have done this you will get a confirmation notice on your screen.
The restaurant teller/staff will most likely want to make a note of the reference number that appears on your screen so you should allow them to do this. The teller will then prepare your bill with the discount applied (Please check the accuracy of the item removal). The restaurant will receive a receipt of the redemption by email and this will contain the same reference number for security purposes.
Yes, you can cancel the redemption at any point until the restaurant teller/staff successfully enters their restaurant PIN.
However please note that a completed redemption cannot be reversed. We are unable to reinstate mobile offers within the Club Alacarte App.
You can reset your PIN anytime within the ‘Settings’ section. Click on the ‘Change Password’ and ‘Reset PIN’ to set your new PIN.
Yes, when you successfully redeem an offer you will see an estimate of your savings.
Simply go to the ‘Home’ page and you will see the total amount of estimated savings you have accumulated since your membership for that year.
Depending on the offerings by the restaurant, offers can either be linked or independent across outlets of the same brand.
Therefore sometimes redemption at one location will lead to redemption at another location as well. Ultimately each brand will offer three (3) offers at a minimum irrespective of locations.
You need to go through the process multiple times with the restaurant teller/staff and he/she will then produce your bill with the total discount applied.
Our App is free to download from Apple Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Once downloaded and registered, you will have access to one (1) free trial offer to redeem without purchasing the product.
